Ashley's Sleepless Nights and Lingering exhaustion
Ashley had always prided herself on her energy, but lately, every morning felt like a battle. She'd wake up feeling as if she hadn't slept at all, despite being in bed for eight hours or more. Her husband, Mark, often complained about her loud snoring, which sometimes sounded like she was gasping for air. These nights were more than just an inconvenience; they were beginning to affect her entire life, from her focus at work to her patience with her kids.
She tried everything she could think of: wedge pillows, nasal strips, even trying to sleep on her side, but nothing seemed to make a lasting difference. The fatigue was a constant, heavy blanket, making it hard to concentrate during meetings and enjoy her usual evening jogs. She knew something was fundamentally wrong, but she couldn't quite pinpoint it.
One morning, after another particularly restless night, Ashley found herself staring blankly at her coffee, feeling utterly defeated. Her mind raced with all the things she needed to do, but her body simply wouldn't cooperate. It was more than just being tired; it was an overwhelming sense of exhaustion that no amount of coffee could penetrate.
